If you are not happy with your Bhati Beads purchase, please notify us by email within seven days of the ship date on the package. We will email you a return authorization number and your item must be returned unworn, in perfect condition, and ship dated within the seven day period following the date of the emailed return authorization. Please do not ship back items without the return authorization - we will not accept delivery. If we are asked to process a return more than a week from the recorded delivery date of the package, we will only do an exchange or store credit, good for up to 30 days of purchase date. All sales are final after thirty days.
If a piece needs repair, there is no repair charge for jewelry less than 90 days old, but there will be a shipping charge. For jewelry more than 90 days old, there is a minimum $10 per piece repair charge, plus shipping. We do not consider a bracelet in need of repair when one or both pieces of the toggle have become untied and fallen off or have been lost.
Hand-dyed silk can be gently hand-washed in lingerie soap and air-dried. Sterling can be shined up with a silver polishing cloth. Our toggled silk bracelets need to have their knotted toggles periodically tightened by pulling gently on the knotted end. If the toggle is not tightened, one is at risk of losing a piece of the toggle; this is not considered a repair and we do not sell components of our jewelry.
To care for our wooden beads, rub a little baby oil or a scant amount of olive oil into them, especially if they have been in water and have faded in lustre.
